Terms of Service of Velno

1. Service Overview

Velno is a creative vision collage application designed for female users to record daily moments and personal growth. Our service allows users to freely upload personal photos including outfits, travel memories, study moments and life fragments. Users can manually splice, place, scale pictures without fixed templates, match simple decorative materials and custom text to create exclusive vision collage artworks, and save high-definition images locally for daily atmosphere retention and expectation recording.

By accessing and using the Velno application and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stipulated in this Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration & Rules

• Users may use Velno services without registering an account for basic local creation functions. For additional cloud-related features, you may need to complete account authentication.
• You promise to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering and maintaining your account information updated timely.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account and all behaviors, operations created under your account.
• You shall not transfer, lend, rent or resell your Velno account to any third party without official written permission.
• If you find unauthorized account usage, you must notify our official team immediately to avoid further losses.

3. Acceptable Use Specifications

When using Velno services, you agree that you will NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, discriminatory or other inappropriate purposes.
• Interfere with, destroy or attack the normal operation of our application, server and network.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Velno application and system.
• Distribute spam, malicious code, phishing content through our creation and sharing functions.
• Harass, harm, impersonate or infringe the legal rights and reputation of any other individual or organization.
• Use automated tools, bots or crawlers to access our system in unauthorized ways.

4. User Content & Rights Responsibility

User Ownership: All original photos, collage works, custom text and other content you upload and create on Velno belong to you. We do not claim permanent ownership of your personal original creative content.

Platform Usage Authorization: You grant Velno a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, render, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing you with normal application functions and service delivery.

User Liability: You take full and sole responsibility for all content you upload, create and publish. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, portrait right, privacy right and other legitimate rights.

We reserve the right to review, restrict access to or remove any content that violates this agreement, applicable laws or public morality without prior notice.

5. Paid Service Terms

• Velno provides optional free basic functions and paid premium membership / advanced feature subscriptions.
• All paid fees are clearly displayed before you confirm payment. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
• Subscription services will be automatically renewed unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
• We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of paid services with reasonable prior public notification.
• All payment transactions are processed by authorized third-party payment channels, and we will protect your payment information security in accordance with relevant regulations.

6. Service Modification & Termination

• Velno reserves the right to modify, suspend, upgrade or discontinue any part of the whole application service at any time, for maintenance, security upgrade or business adjustment purposes.
• We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate this Terms of Service, relevant laws or cause potential risks to our platform and other users.
• You may stop using our service and delete your account at any time. After account termination, we will follow our privacy policy to process your residual user data.
• We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Velno service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide any explicit or implicit warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses caused by your use or inability to use our service, including data loss, device damage, business loss and other issues.

We are not liable for service interruption caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, policy changes, network failure and third-party service defects.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to this Terms of Service or your use of Velno services, you and the platform shall first resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation.

If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the local competent court where the Velno operating entity is located.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.

9. Agreement Updates

We may revise and update this Terms of Service from time to time due to service upgrade, legal requirements or business adjustment.

When we make major changes to the agreement, we will publish the updated version inside the application, mark the revised effective date, and remind users obviously.

Your continued use of Velno services after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised new agreement.
